Moving In
Hello and welcome to the NOLA4Rent community!
We look forward to being a part of your leasing experience here in New Orleans. Please know we are available by phone or email should you need anything during your time as a resident here.
Now onto logistics! When you move in…
First, get your account set up for our online Resident Portal. If you have not done this, do not move forward with the rest of the move-in list. Contact claudio@nola4rent.com immediately.
PLEASE NOTE: You will pay all fees, including rent, through your Resident Portal. Paying via:
eCheck = $2.49 service fee
Credit card = 2.99% credit-serving fee
Debit card = $9.99 flat fee
Our property manager will then send you move-in instructions, which importantly includes your door code(s).
Once you’ve secured entry, you can set up your utilities! For cable, Internet or telephone inquiries, Cox Communications’ phone number is 504-304-8444.
For electricity please request a form from the office.
Lastly, send email confirmation that all this has been taken care of before you move in.
