In the $40 (non-refundable) application, there are two main requirements:

• a credit score of around 650+

• documentation of gross monthly income being at least 3x the rent

Once you submit your application, you will know within a few days if you’ve been approved to move forward with leasing!

 Application Fee - A non-refundable application fee of $40 is required per applicant.

Elements Considered - Applicants’ credit score, rental/eviction history, employment history and criminal background will be considered for each applicant.

Apartment is not secured and taken off the market until a deposit is received.
