Filling Out a Work Order
If something has gone wrong in your Nola4Rent home, fill out a work order by following the directions below. Once submitted, our property manager will fix the issue as soon as possible.
Please note, if it is an emergency and you need immediate assistance, dial (504) 383 - 4605 ext. 2.
STEP 1: Go into your Resident Portal (accessible on the top menu of our website)
There are a lot of other options too - you’ll notice you can view your lease in “Shared Documents” and update your payment method in “Payments”.
STEP 2: Select the “Maintenance” tab on the left. You will be taken to where a record of all your present, past, and future maintenance requests will be. To reference a previously closed or currently open request, you can check the status in the right column.
For a completely new request, select the “Request Maintenance” button in the left column.
STEP 3: Fill out the form with the details of the issue and include at least one photo of the problem.
If the issue can’t be photographed, that’s understandable. If it can though, the more photos we have ahead of time, the easier it is to diagnose the problem and assign it to the right team.
To follow up on your submitted work order, you can go back into the Maintenance tab to check the status or you can call into the office - (504) 383 - 4605 ext. 2.
